Storage & Stability

:

It has a shelf life of 12 months if it is stored in its original packing at temperatures of less than 40°C. Containers should be tightly closed each time after taking the material for use. And their content should be used as soon as possible after the container is opened. Before use, it should be stirred thoroughly.

Characteristics:  POLYEOL P101 is a deep penetrating specialty fatliquor which stabilizes fatliquor emulsions and with its penetrating specialty, it easily penetrates into leather thereby bonding tightly with leather fibres.

POLYEOL P101 acts as emulsifier which is largely resistant with the final result that it imparts very good softness to the leather.  Hence it is well suited to make all types of softies including Nappa Garment, Gloving and Upholstery leather with smooth touch.

POLYEOL P101 is a light yellowish liquid with a low viscosity with a natural odour.  It is easy to handle and gets diluted with water. Solutions of POLYEOL P101 are resistant to acids, alkalis, neutral salts and chrome - tanning agents. It is lightfast and hence, it does not cause any yellowing.
